Reptiles
We love our reptiles, and live in a country with some of the most amazing species around. Still we fine reptiles are often misunderstood animals and pets. They require specific environmental conditions and do not show emotions or signs of ill health in the same way as humans or fur pets.
When it comes to the care of these reptiles how they are fed and housed is of significant importance. We ask that before an appointment you prepare details of their environment such as housing, temperatures, lighting and diet. Picture are often helpful. Where possible bring a faecal sample with you to your appointment if looking to diagnose issues.

Bayfair and Papamoa Vets offer a state of the art Avian general and surgical facility for the treatment and care of birds.
